AnyArt Studio provides digital art education through online courses, creative workshops, personalized coaching, and educational resources. Service details, pricing, course content, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Course Fees

Course fees are displayed in USD and must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect enrollments already purchased.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided:

• You have completed less than 25% of the course content
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
• The course was not purchased during a promotional period (unless otherwise stated)

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Workshop fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission
• Use automated systems to access or scrape content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Use services for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, and course materials, is owned by AnyArt Studio or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

7. User-Generated Content

You may submit artwork, comments, or other content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for promotional and educational purposes. You retain ownership of your original work. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYART STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnyArt Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnyArt Studio regarding the use of our services.
